Why should I register?

Most NPI-Connect.Net features and content are available to all users. For example, a first-time visitor to the site can download materials on governance or program management without registering. However, to request Technical Assistance, view a calendar of NPI training events and meetings and sign up for them online, you must register.

How do I register?

  1. Click on the Register Now link in the box in the lefthand side of the Home Page, and a registration form will appear.
  2. Please fill out the entire form.
  3. Click Send when you are finished.
  4. An NPI-Connect.Net administrator will review your registration request and activate your account. You will receive an e-mail with your password within 48 hours of your request.

How do I sign in?

  1. Go to www.NPI-Connect.Net.
  2. Sign in to NPI-Connect.Net with your username and password.
  3. Click the Sign In button.

How do I change my password?

  1. Sign in to NPI-Connect.Net.
  2. Access your account information by going to the Home Page and clicking on your name. This will take you to the "My Account" page.
  3. Click on the "Password" tab.
  4. Enter your new password in the Password and Enter Again boxes.
  5. Click Save.

If I forgot my password, what can I do?

If you have forgotten your password and are unable to sign in to NPI-Connect, send an e-mail to npi@aed.org. Please include your e-mail address and NPI-Connect username in your message. You will receive a response within 48 hours.

How do I edit my account information?

  1. Sign in to NPI-Connect.Net.
  2. Access your account information by going to the Home Page and clicking on your name.
  3. You can change your address in the E-mail Address box or edit other account information.
  4. When you have finished, click Save.
